Volunteers are critical to the
success of our event. From set up to tear
down, our volunteers are invaluable in helping us
create the best event possible. We urge you to
consider becoming a volunteer!

Admission For Working
-
One three hour shift, admission
for one day.

Two three hour shifts, admission
for two days.

Three three hour shifts,
admission for three days.

If you work four three-hour
shifts you'll also receive an official EE
T-Shirt

Shifts need not be on the day you
attend. For example you may work three shifts
on Wed. or Thursday set up days and you will receive
admission to the event for three days. Of
course we welcome you to work as much as you would
like to!

All volunteers must sign a liability
release.

With the exception of a few limited
positions, all volunteers must be 18 years of age or
older. Youth may participate as greeters,
stall cleaners, and may pass out programs.

Volunteers are responsible for their
own meals, expenses and accommodations. Some
snacks will be available in the Volunteer Center.

If you have specific clinics that you
hope to attend, please let the volunteer coordinator
know so that she can schedule around those clinics.
Please complete the
volunteer application (North
Carolina or
Virginia) and return it to our office as soon as
possible!
Once the schedule has been completed, the
Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to let you know
exactly what your responsibilities will be, your exact
schedule, check in procedures and specific details
regarding your position.
We would love to hear
from you and it is only with the joint effort of the
equestrian community that we can make this event all
that it can be. Please call us or send us an email if
you have a question or would like more information.
For experienced event personnel, we have some paid
positions, as well. Please inquire if you are interested
in a paid position.
