Volunteer
Thank you for your
interest in joining our team! The efforts required to put on an event of
this magnitude is massive and it could not be accomplished without the
dedication of our hard working volunteers!
Our volunteers become part of the Equine
ExtravaganzaŽ family.
There are several ways to
get involved:
To volunteer, please
complete our volunteer application.
We need
volunteers for flyer distribution, set up, round pen and jump crew
teams,
greeters, ticket takers, pre show press, and more!
Fill out forms below. We will be in touch with you
a few months prior to the event to discuss your
preferences.
Distribute Flyers
If you have a horsy network or would like to distribute
flyers in your area or at your next event, please

information flyer. (THANK YOU)
Volunteer Form
-
First of all, it's
fun! You become part of the Equine
Extravaganza family!
-
Volunteer shifts are
3 hours each but we can be flexible depending
upon your unique needs. Volunteers receive
free admission for one day after 2 shifts, and
admission for additional days after each
additional 3 hour shift worked. Volunteers who work
3 shifts (9 hours) receive Equine Extravaganza
apparel.
-
Admission For Working
-
First two three hour shifts
= admission
for one day.
-
Each additional 3
hr. shift = admission
for 1 additional day.
-
If you work 3
shifts (9 hours) you'll also receive official EE
apparel.
-
Shifts need not be on the day you
attend. For example you may work three shifts
on Wed. or Thursday set up days and you will receive
admission to the event for one or more event days. Of
course we welcome you to work as much as you would
like to!
-
All volunteers must sign a liability
release.
-
With the exception of a few limited
positions, all volunteers must be 18 years of age or
older. Youth may participate as greeters,
stall cleaners, and may pass out programs.
-
Volunteers are responsible for their
own meals, expenses and accommodations. Some
snacks will be available in the Volunteer Center.
-
If you have specific clinics that you
hope to attend, please let the volunteer coordinator
know so that she can try to schedule around those clinics
