The arenas will be the central focus for the expo and the location of our feature presentations throughout the show.  This sponsorship will give your company maximum exposure throughout the expo hall and the event.  Your company's name will precede any mention of the event arena ("the  'your company' arena") both during the expo as well as in any mention of the arena in print ads, in the show program and on our Web site.  Your company's name will be on all signs that identify the arena or point visitors in the direction of the arena.    All references to the arena will feature your company's name, including all arena event announcements during the show.  You will also receive a 10X20 booth space, the opportunity to have 8 banners prominently displayed throughout the show, 8 promotional announcements, a full page color ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, 25 tickets to the evening "Equus Extraordinaire", 5 sponsor area parking passes,  5 sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web Site, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and web sites and an ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.

Our buyer bag sponsor will have their name and logo printed on the buyers' bags available at the entrance to the expo as well as in selected locations throughout the event.  This sponsorship will enjoy the added visibility of a bag carried by each attendee.  Each attendee will receive a bag with the sponsor's company's name and logo printed on the bag along with the event info.  These sponsors will receive a premium 10x20 booth, 4 banners prominently displayed throughout the show, 6 promotional announcements, a full page color ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, 20 tickets to the evening "Equus Extraordinaire", 5 sponsor area parking passes,  5 sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web Site, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and web sites and an ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.

Clinician sponsors will sponsor one of our horse industry experts.  These sponsors will enjoy a 10X10 booth space and their company's name in all printed advertisements and written materials which refer to the clinician they are sponsoring, including the program and the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.  Each speaker sponsorship will be based on the fees of each individual speaker.  Speakers with booths of their own may be located next to their sponsor's booth, as space allows.  Sponsors' names will be announced whenever there is an announcement referring to that speaker.  These sponsors will receive a premium 10x10 booth, 2 banners prominently displayed throughout the show, 4 promotional announcements, a full page black and white ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, 15 tickets to the evening "Equus Extraordinaire", 4 sponsor area parking passes,  4 sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web Site, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and web sites and an ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.

Your company will be recognized at the official wristband sponsor.  Every attendee will wear a wristband with your company name.  Your company's logo will appear on our Web site. These sponsors will receive a premium 10x10 booth, 2 banners prominently displayed throughout the show, 4 promotional announcements, a full page black and white ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, 15 tickets to the evening "Equus Extraordinaire", 4 sponsor area parking passes,  4 sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web Site, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and web sites and an ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.

Equipment sponsors will enjoy frequent mention of their name throughout the show as well as signs throughout the expo hall highlighting their contribution to the expo (i.e. fencing brought to you by "your fencing company").  These sponsorships are flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual sponsor.  The cost and of sponsorship and the correlating amount of exposure and/or booth space will depend upon the equipment or services being offered by the sponsor.  Equipment sponsors include indoor stalls for breed expo,  outdoor stalls, matting, outdoor tent, bedding, arena footing, fencing, bleachers, manure removal, arena maintenance (tractor/harrow).  These sponsorships can be provided by the manufacturer of the equipment or offered by an independent sponsor through a manufacturer. These sponsors may receive a combination of some of the following, based on the level of their sponsorship: a premium 10x10 booth,  banners prominently displayed throughout the show,  promotional announcements, an ad in the program, logo recognition in the program,  tickets to the evening "Equus Extraordinaire", sponsor area parking passes,  sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web Site, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and web sites and an ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.

The seminar sponsors will be similar to the speaker sponsors in that they will enjoy a 10X10 booth and their company's name in all printed advertisements and written material which refer to the seminar or speaker they are sponsoring, including the program and the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.   Seminar sponsors' names will be announced whenever there is an announcement referring to that seminar.  These sponsors will receive a premium 10x10 booth, 2 banners prominently displayed throughout the show, 4 promotional announcements, a half page black and white ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, 15 tickets to the evening "Equus Extraordinaire", 4 sponsor area parking passes,  4 sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web Site, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and web sites and an ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.

Your company will be recognized as a patron of Equine Extravaganza®  on our web site and in the show program.  These sponsors will receive 1 banner prominently displayed at the show, 1 promotional announcements,  logo recognition in the program, 4 tickets to the evening "Equus Extraordinaire",  2 sponsor area parking passes,  recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, and an ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web site.

Your company will be recognized as a patron of Equine Extravaganza®  on our web site and in the show program, 2 Equine Extraordinaire tickets, one banner, one promotional announcement and a rotating banner ad on the Equine Extravaganza®  Web Site.
