Show Insurance Information

The show insurance requirement (which is different from product liability insurance) is in place to ensure that you and we are protected onsite from the beginning of set-up at each show and throughout the duration of the show.  If you already have general liability insurance you insurance company can provide a certificate of insurance, naming Moonlark, INC and Richmond Raceway Complex as additional insured for the Virginia show and Moonlark Inc and North Carolina State Fairgrounds as additional insureds.  If you do not have liability insurance that will cover you at the show, our insurance agent can provide the insurance for you.  The cost to you is $85 for the entire show.  Please contact Tami Brown, Specialty Program Insurers, for more information.  Tami can be reached at 800-821-7703.   Click here for application for insurance. 

Please make sure that your insurance agent completes the certificate of insurance correctly. 

Certificate of Insurance must be submitted 30 days prior to the show.  Any certificates that are submitted later than 30 days before show will be subject to a $30 late charge.  Vendors will not be permitted to set up at show until after the late charge is paid. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.  This policy is critical to the effectiveness of our administrative process!
