You are invited to participate in the  6th Annual Equine Extravaganza, An East Coast Equestrian Expo and Festival... October 29-31, 2010.

Equine Extravaganza Virginia is gearing up for 2010 and we invite you to reserve your booth space now! We're planning the biggest and best event yet and have lots of new and exciting additions for 2010!  Please take a moment to review our news and space reservation deadlines below and book your space now.  We are looking forward to our move to the heart of Virginia horse country and the fabulous new facility: The Meadow Event Park, home of the State Fair of Virginia. We're cooking up ways to make the Equine Extravaganza even more FUN, FESTIVE and FLAVORFUL!

Start with a line up of 3 exceptional women trainers, 3 young unstarted horses, 3 days of training and a final obstacle course challenge..... it all adds up to electrifying FUN!

We're revving up the action with more live music each day for a truly FESTIVE atmosphere, including some Cowboy Karaoke. 

And we're spicing things up (hot, hot, hot) with the new and FLAVORFUL Cowboy Cook-Off!

In addition you'll find more breeds, more kids fun, and more discipline demos including Cowboy Dressage, Eventing, Jumping, Ranch Horse Versatility, Reining and Cutting

 

We are thrilled to announce our much anticipated move to the brand new Meadow Event Park in Doswell, VA, new home to the State Fair of Virginia.  This  horse friendly facility offers a convenient and central location in the heart of Virginia horse country.  The Meadow Event Park is within an easy drive of Leesburg, Middleburg, Warrenton, Charlottesville, and Culpepper, and is guaranteed to attract equestrians from Northern Virginia's two largest horse counties, Fauquier and Loudoun, where roughly 1/3 of Virginia's horses can be found.     Read more about our new location.

  We are now excepting reservations for exhibitor space.  As always, our returning vendors have first choice for renewing their exhibit space.  The exhibit space layout is similar to Richmond Hall at the Richmond Raceway. We will do our best to assign locations as similar to previous years' booth locations as possible.   We will be able to accommodate about the same number of vendors as we had in Richmond, but based on the response so far from both returning vendors and new vendors, we anticipate that the space will sell out quickly.  So be sure to get your contracts in right away! Returning exhibitors have until Feb. 28th to reserve their space.
 

 Returning vendors have until February 28, 2010 to reserve their booth space.  Space will be assigned in the order in which we receive your contract and deposit.  Space will not be reserved without both contract and deposit in our office, so please be sure to return both to our office as soon as possible.  Upon receipt of contract and deposit we will assign a booth space that approximates your previous space in Richmond.  We will begin accepting new vendor applications on March 1st, so be sure to get your contract in before then so that we may give you your first choice in booth location. A huge thank you to all of the new vendors who have already contacted us about our 2010 event!   We have been inundated with interest in this exciting show. 

Space for new vendors will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and in the order in which we receive your contract and deposit. So be sure to get your contracts in as soon as possible to ensure your inclusion as well as the best space selections possible. Space will not be reserved without a completed contract and deposit.  We can not make any exceptions to this policy so be sure to include both!

Action List for RETURNING Vendors:

  • Send in contract and deposit no later than February 28th in order to reserve your space.
  • Indicate your space preference.  Would you like a similar space to previous years or a new location?  New locations are placed based on the date we receive your contract, so don't delay.

Action List for NEW Vendors:

  • Send in contract and deposit as soon as possible to reserve a space. We will begin assigning space to new vendors beginning in March on a first come, first served basis.  So be sure to get your contracts in early for the best space choices.
