Friday, Oct. 31, 2008.... Kids 11 and under IN COSTUME get in free! 

Children in Costume (11 and under) will be admitted free of charge on Friday and are invited to Trick-or-Treat with our vendors. 

Participate in the costume parade at 5:30 in the Richmond Hall Arena. 

Prizes for the winners:

  • Most Creative
  • Most Horsy
  • Highest Cuteness Factor
