Certificates
of Insurance
All vendors and clinicians are required to have liability insurance. If
you have your own insurance, you need to provide a certificate of insurance to
the show office by Sept. 1st. If you do not have liability insurance, you
may apply for liability insurance from Total Event Insurance. CSI Entertainment
Insurance is offering vendor insurance for those vendors who do not have their
own liability insurance. Their price for Equine Extravaganza exhibitors only is $100.00.
Note: If you are quoted a price
other than the $100.00 please be sure to Contract Lori Nelson (below) directly.

State and County Information
Vendor Sales
Licenses and Administrative Fee: Submit $30 to Equine
extravaganza with contract
All
vendors who offer items for sale are required to pre-register with Caroline
County and obtain a vendor permit prior to the event. Caroline's County has
passed the administration responsibility of collection of these fees on to
Equine Extravaganza. Equine Extravaganza will collect $30.00 from each vendor to
cover the cost of the Caroline County permit ($15.00) and the Equine
Extravaganza administrative fee ($15.00). Equine Extravaganza will report
exhibitor information to Caroline County. This fee is per event.
Retail Sales Tax
The
reporting of tax information is the responsibility of each vendor. For
additional information on the state of Virginia tax requirements contact the
Virginia Department of Taxation at 804-779-3078.

hotel, offering great rates for our vendors and attendees. It' is less
than 2 miles from the Meadow Event Park and a bargain with Free WiFi, an onsite

early, as rooms will sell out quickly.
