It’s time to make your plans for Equine Extravaganza 2011!

First and foremost, we want to again thank our sponsors and exhibitors for your participation in, and support of, our 2010 inaugural event at the Meadow Event Park!  The event was a great success and we couldn’t’ have done it without you!!

At this time we would like to invite returning and new exhibitors to participate in the 7th Annual Equine Extravaganza, An East Coast Equestrian Expo and Festival... November 4-6, 2011, at the Meadow Event Park, Doswell, VA. We have a great event planned for 2011, with top clinicians and more exciting events throughout the weekend! 

 2011 Space Reservation

As always, our returning exhibitors have the first opportunity to reserve their 2011 space. To guarantee your space choice returning exhibitors must mail your contract and deposit by February 25, 2011.

New exhibitors may submit the Contract for Booth Space and deposit now, as space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will begin to assign booth space to new exhibitors in March, once returning exhibitors have had the chance to secure their space. Space selection will be honored based on the date we received your contract and deposit.

News for 2011

We’re excited about the move to November, as it eliminates date conflicts with a few large events that rotate weekends and sometimes end up on the last weekend in October: QH Congress and the Washington International Horse Show, among others. This move also makes it so much more convenient for our exhibitors who travel on to Equine Affaire, as their date is the weekend following our event, making it easy to leave VA and head straight for Massachusetts. 

Our new facility offered great advantages (beautiful new permanent barns, a fabulous exhibit hall, and a convenient location, to name a few).   As always, we will continue to strive to provide the best experience possible, including plans to add shuttles for attendees.

Deadlines

Returning exhibitors: You have until February 25, 2011 to reserve your 2011 space before we open space up to new exhibitors from the waiting list. 

New exhibitors: We are currently accepting contracts from new exhibitors and will begin assigning booth space in March. Space choices will be honored in the order in which we receive your contract and deposit.

2011 Sponsorship Opportunities

We have a robust sponsorship program for all budgets.  Our returning sponsors have the first right of refusal for unique sponsorships, but if you did not have the opportunity to take advantage of these great opportunities last year, we invite you to get on board early this year and reap the benefits of a full year of exposure and marketing.
